COVID-19: Flexible cancellation terms
The spread of Coronavirus has captured news headlines worldwide and we know that it is very concerning for our community. We understand and share your concerns, especially as the situation is fluid and the news and advice changes constantly.
The travel industry has been hit heavily by recent events. We, the team at Icelandic Mountain Guides, Greenland Adventures and Arcanum are doing everything we can to make sure that we can continue to serve you with passion and professionalism.
Future bookings
In order to limit the uncertainty in planning your visit to Iceland and Greenland, we have temporarily reviewed our cancellation policy.
The following policy applies to all departures until Jan 1st 2022.
No cancellation fee on Greenland tours until 4 weeks prior to departure.
Please note that all prices and purchases are in Icelandic Krona (ISK). Icelandic Mountain Guides and related operators (Arcanum/Greenland Adventures) can not be responsible for currency fluctuations and / or additional fees that might be applied such as bank transaction fees, credit card fees etc.
All purchases and refunds are processed in ISK, prices in other currencies that are visible on our websites are for reference only. Icelandic Mountain Guides can not be held liable for any losses due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates nor any third party transactions fees that may be charged at the time of purchase and/or refund.
